The Dixie Boys BBQ Team, being a Top 5 team in the FBA in 2003, was invited to this national event. These guys taught me what I know about competition cooking, and when I'm not competing on my own, I'm cooking with them. I've been a member of the team for a little over a year now. These are some pictures taken at the Best of the Best with The Dixie Boys.
