This class is geared to the newer teams, teams that are in a rut, teams that are being held back by one or two categories, etc. Everyone will be able to pick up tips and techniques that will help them improve their game.

Bring your pits and untrimmed contest meats!
You will be provided with rubs, sauces, and products from some of the top producers in the country, including:
Butcher’s BBQ, Pork Pullin Plowboys,
Rib Stars, The Slabs, Spicewine Ironworks

AND MORE!

I will be teaching the use of marinades, injections, rubs, sauces, and how to choose products that compliment each other.

I will not be teaching the recipes that I use.
