It turned out to be the wettest weekend in something like 100 years. Our area received 7+” of rain in 2 days of nonstop showers. Fortunately my BBQ trailer keeps me high and dry. I was happy to be able to put together a solid cook in all 4 categories, and a few tweaks I tried seemed to work. I scored a 4th in chicken, 1st in ribs, 4th in pork, 6th in brisket, and Reserve Grand Champion.
