I am happy to announce that due to requests, I was able to schedule a Q School class for October 3-4, to be held in Winter Haven FL. This will be the last class of the year. Don’t hesitate on signing up, seats will be limited.

LOCATION SECURED: I confirmed the location today, the class will be held lakefront behind the Boy’s Club in Winter Haven. This beautiful location is the site of the Smoke on the Water contest. A part of the proceeds will be donated to the Boy’s Club.

Hey Rub, I just noticed that you’re having a cooking class. If you’ll remember (at Smokin’ on the Suwannee Comp), you offered me a chance to help (ie. gopher) with a future class . If you still have a need for me to help you, and for me to learn more; please let me know. I have a friend at Maitland (about one hour away) that can house me for my trip to your location. I can be available from Friday to Sunday.
