There has been requests for a Swamp Boys Q School in Utah. I am gauging interest to see if there is enough people to hold one at The BBQ Pitstop in Lehi, UT. This would start at noon Wednesday (06/27) through dinner, then start up again at 7:30 AM Thursday (06/28) and go until about 3:30 PM. The is the day before the Traeger NorUt State Championship, so come early for the class and stay to compete in the contest.
If 15 or more people commit I will hold the class. To commit you must put down a deposit of $50, see PayPal link below. If we reach 15 or more deposits, the class will happen and your deposit will be applied towards your class fee. If we do not reach 15 or more people all deposits will be immediately refunded to your PayPal accounts.

I am happy to announce I will be offering my Q School on November 11 – 12, 2017. The location is on the lakefront, behind the Citrus Center Boy’s Club in Winter Haven, FL. Seating is limited to 20.
This class is perfect for those starting out, those who want to improve in competitions, and even Grand Champions who are looking for that extra edge. Classes are generally a mix of competition cooks, backyard warriors, and those with food-truck or restaurant plans. Everyone will benefit from my experiences learned over 13 years, over 330 contests, and 55 56 Grand Championships.
