I’ve been big time negligent in keeping up with my blog, and I’d be surprised if anyone is still coming around to look! Just in case, here’s what’s been happening.
What recipes once got me consistent top 10 and better scores fell off for me. The judge’s tastes changed and I had to literally re-invent my recipes and taste profiles. After much trial and error I think I have just about got things figured out again. My last three contests were:
